UK ranks as the best for investment returns with Bulgaria property second according to new research. According to the latest property tracker index released by investment firm Assetz, Bulgaria property ranks as the second best place in the world to make money from property investment, with the UK buy-to-let market the number one. The tracker, released each quarter and designed to provide analysis of the relative investment performance of property in different countries over the last 12 months, taking into consideration property prices, mortgage rates, deposits required, legal costs and recent capital gains, has some surprising results.
Making up the rest of the top five are Canada, Cape Verde and Cyprus respectively.Out of the top 5, Canadian and Cyprian returns are predicted to rise, with the UK and Cyprus seen as stable.
