Welcome to our first newsletter of 2009.
We would like to wish all our customers a very happy and prosperous new
year.
2009 is an important year at Concept Bulgaria with our Chamkoria
Chalets development due to complete later in the year and welcome its
first guests.
If you are still considering investing at Chamkoria Chalets now is an
ideal time as the development will be completed in the next few months.

budgets.
Green Super
Borovets 
The main investor of
the ski resort project “Super Borovets” will apply for a certificate
for an ecological standard EMAS (Eco-Management and
Audit Scheme). EMAS is a standard that guarantees that all actions,
products and services of the resort are under ecological control and
will be carried out according to highest European eco standards.
Some of these eco concepts include the construction of “passive
buildings”, the production of electricity from recycled resources, and
advanced waste management systems.
As a result of this EMAS standard, the expected cost of “Super
Borovets” will grow from the estimated 500 million Euro. According to
the Sofia Echo, the project
director Julia Arabadzhieva said: "We hope to create a positive image
for Super Borovets so that all eco activists will be assured that we
will develop the tourist facilities and services in such ways that the
environment will not be harmed." The investors believe the decision for
the ecological emphasis of the resort will make it immensely popular.
Construction
Update
Over Christmas and the New Year period work was very limited
on the building site. This was due to the building team taking some
well deserved holidays and also because Borovets experienced some
extremely cold weather.
For the last few weeks the focus has been on installing the
windows and thermal insulation. The window frames have been installed
in most of the apartments and now they have also started fitting the
double glazing panels.
Scaffolding has been erected around the apartment building and
chalets to allow the installation of the thermal insulation. On the
interior of the buildings the first phase of plumbing and electrics are
progressing well.
Furniture
Packs - Coming Soon!
Now that construction is progressing well we have started to focus on
the furnishings for Chamkoria Chalets. We have created furniture packs
specifically for each property at Chamkoria Chalets.
They have been created to fully furnish each property whether it is a
studio, apartment or chalet.
Each pack contains furniture for every room and all
accessories including curtains, linens, kitchen & dining
accessories.
We are offering several ranges to cater for all tastes and budgets. You
will find that the packs offer an excellent balance between cost and
quality. We will also provide a selection of optional upgrades for
those who would like
to tailor their pack.
Currently we are finalizing details with our suppliers and we
plan to issue the furniture packs to our clients
in the next few weeks.
